PennyPing Privacy Policy

PennyPing ("the app") is developed and published by TWEAKFAILS LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("TWEAKFAILS", "we", "us"). This policy explains what the app does with information. In short: your data stays on your device.

Who we are

PennyPing is owned, developed and published by TWEAKFAILS. TWEAKFAILS is the operator of the app and the controller responsible for any personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at support@tweakfails.com.

Information you enter

The subscriptions you add (names, prices, dates, categories) and your settings are stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. We have no servers that receive this data, and we can't see it.

No accounts, analytics or ads

PennyPing doesn't require an account. It contains no analytics, crash reporting, advertising or tracking SDKs, and it doesn't access your contacts, location, photos or bank accounts.

Notifications

Renewal reminders are scheduled locally on your device by the operating system. No push service or server is involved.

Purchases

PennyPing Pro is sold through Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). Payment is handled entirely by Google or Apple; we never receive your payment details. To confirm that you're entitled to Pro, the app uses RevenueCat, Inc. as a purchase-validation service. RevenueCat receives the store's purchase receipt or token, an anonymous app-generated identifier, basic device and app information (such as OS version, app version and country/store), and your purchase history for this app. It doesn't receive your subscription entries. Exports

If you use CSV export or backup, the app creates a file and opens your device's share sheet. Where that file goes is entirely your choice.

Data retention and deletion

Your data stays on your device until you delete it with Settings → Erase all or by uninstalling the app. Purchase records are kept by Google/Apple and RevenueCat according to their policies. You can contact us to request deletion of RevenueCat purchase records linked to your anonymous ID.

Children

PennyPing isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and the policy in the app listing.
