Storm Saucer Privacy Policy

Storm Saucer ("the game") is developed and published by TWEAKFAILS LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("TWEAKFAILS", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information the game and its third-party partners collect.

Who we are

Storm Saucer is owned, developed and published by TWEAKFAILS. TWEAKFAILS is the operator of the game and the controller responsible for any personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at support@tweakfails.com.

Information we collect

We don't run our own servers and we don't ask for your name, email, contacts, photos or location. Your game progress (best distance, recent runs, coins, upgrades, skins, daily rewards, missions, settings) is stored only on your device.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob: banner ads on the menu screens only (never during flight), an occasional full-screen ad between runs (at most every third run, never on your first two runs), and optional rewarded ads you choose to watch to revive once per run. To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, AdMob's SDK may collect and process:

• your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / Apple IDFA, only with permission on iOS)
• IP address and approximate location derived from it
• device and app information (model, OS version, language, app version)
• ad interaction data (impressions, clicks) and diagnostic or crash information about the ads

Google may use this data to show personalised ads where you have consented and the law allows it. Where required (for example in the EEA, the UK and some US states), we ask for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before personalised ads are shown. You can change that choice in the game's consent form, reset or opt out of your advertising ID in your device settings, or buy Remove Ads. In-app purchases (Google Play / App Store, RevenueCat)

Purchases (coin packs, Remove Ads, Double Coins, bundles, premium saucer skins) are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store; we never receive your payment details. We use RevenueCat, Inc. to validate purchases and restore permanent items (Remove Ads, Double Coins, premium skins). RevenueCat receives the store purchase token or receipt, an anonymous app-generated user ID, purchase history for this game, and basic device and app information. Device features

The game uses vibration (haptics) for feedback and plays sounds; it does not use the microphone, camera, contacts or precise location. Haptics, music and sounds can be turned off in Settings.

Children

Storm Saucer isn't directed at children under 13 and is intended for a general audience aged 13+. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we'll help delete it with our partners.

Data retention and deletion

Game progress stays on your device until you uninstall the game. Ad and purchase data is kept by Google and RevenueCat under their own policies. Contact us to request deletion of data associated with your anonymous IDs.

Security

Data sent to Google and RevenueCat is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

We'll update this page and the date above if this policy changes.
